h2 tags | Our Services Food Pantry We operate as a Full Choice Pantry, meaning that those in need actually shop directly from the pantry shelves. Each person is assisted by a volunteer and given a list to shop with. This list is different depending on the number of people in a household. The larger the family, the larger the quantity of items they may select from each category. Learn More Financial Assistance Each year, we spend more money on direct financial assistance than any other service we provide. Most funds are restricted to only particular types of assistance, such as utilities or rent, while other funds may allow us to help with such things as heating fuels, transportation, prescriptions, daycare, temporary housing, or appliances. All financial assists are at our discretion based on available funds and severity of need. Learn More Education It is through education that people have the greatest opportunity to make positive changes toward attaining self-sufficiency. Our volunteer instructors provide Living Basics Classes (LBC) utilizing a budgeting and finance curriculum that was created specifically for us.
